FSUWIN
FSUWIN is the Wireless Integrated Network solution at Florida State University. The WLAN is a flexible, cost effective alternative to providing additional functionality to our existing wired LANS. The Wireless Integrated Network at FSU is a local area Network, which allows mobile users to connect to the LAN through a wireless connection. Wireless network areas are available at Dirac Science Library, Strozier Library, the Oglesby Union and each of the University Computing Services' computer labs located in Strozier Library, Carothers Hall, and the Oglesby Union. We have many outdoor areas that are covered by the wireless network including Landis Green and many others. Please see our campus map at http://www.otc.fsu.edu/Networking/wireless/map.html for coverage details. In addition, various colleges and departments have established wireless networks, including the College of Business, the College of Law, the College of Social Sciences, the Department of Math, the College of Information, the College of Engineering, the Park Avenue Diner and the Fresh Food Company. In addition, 3 of FSU's residence halls are wireless: DeGraff, Wildwood, and Landis.
